📦 Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
USA orders typically arrive in 7–12 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free USA shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the USA only. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Pawfect Guarantee. If you're unhappy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at pawfectdeals0@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact us at pawfectdeals0@gmail.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Are your products vet-approved?
Yes! All our grooming and comfort products are vet-consulted and designed with pet safety as the top priority. Our anxiety jackets and calming beds are especially recommended by veterinarians for anxious dogs.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Pet Size Guide for detailed measurements for all products. When in doubt, size up — pets generally prefer a little extra room!
Are the products safe for cats too?
Many of our products work for both dogs and cats — including the Self-Cooling Gel Mat and the Water Fountain. Each product page specifies which pets it's suitable for.
Is the cooling gel mat safe if my pet chews it?
Yes! The gel inside is 100% non-toxic and pet-safe. It's been tested and is completely harmless even if a small amount is ingested. However, we recommend supervising your pet during first use.
